File Submission Demonstrator is a simple utility for providors of Performance Assurance Reporting and Monitoring System (PARMS) files to verify the format of files prior to submission to ELEXON. These text files contain the parameters stipulated under the UK Electricity Trading Arrangements to monitor Market Participants' performance and have to conform precisely to a set of published physical file formats.
